Note on online dispute resolution
On its website ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, the EU Commission provides the possibility to carry out a complaint procedure for an Online consumer Dispute Resolution (ODR). The provider is not willing and not obliged to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
